I am so HAPPY with my new oxygen equipment my old one squealed like a banshee when you turned it on which terrified my dog. It was so noisey you could not watch TV or have a conversation with someone. And you most definitely could not sleep with that thing on. It has a water container so oxygen is not so dry it gives you a sore throat. It has a separate port fir refilling my emergency tanks. And best yet it costs less to buy outright than to rent my old one fir 10 months. I really love it!
I found the customer service to be exceptional. Tim was thoughtful and caring in all of our communications. I feel he went above and beyond to help my husband.
