Yesterday Tim with Directo2 recommended my friend get an OxyGo NEXT portable oxygen concentrator that is less than 6 lb, with excellent battery life, made by Inogen (but hundreds less than their name brand), and fits in the bag under the seat of her walker—that he delivered this morning and then showed her clearly how to use. She is so much more relaxed with it, she and I went out to a movie after her doctor appointment today!
Tim went above and beyond to help my family with a very last-minute request when we were moving our elderly mother across the country. He treated us with patience, generosity and flexibility, and was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I 100% recommend this business.
