I went for a safety inspection. They did not conduct a thorough safety inspection before instructing me to have my car repaired. I was told only a few issues existed, but another mechanic I trust later found more problems. Unfortunately, he was busy and couldn't fit me in before my trip permit expired. After my car failed the safety inspection, he worked extra hours to fix the issues, finding other major problems along the way. I came in to get my mom's car get fixed when we heard a loud exhaust noise. Bunch of mechanics told me that I had to replace the catalytic converter, or there was some other issues with the car and quoted me a lot of money. I went to direct muffler, they quickly figured out what was the issue, replaced the exhaust within half hour and quoted me a lot less than what other mechanics would of charged me. I will definitely come back here to get my car services done.
