Great experience at Direct Muffler! They used a smoke test to diagnose a gas leak on my 2019 Jetta that was triggering the engine light. They found the issue was a bad charcoal canister and replaced it quickly. The price was very fair for the work, and the light is now gone. Professional, accurate, and trustworthy.

Avoid this shop for expensive cars. They reset my engine light three times blaming the gas cap. On the third visit, they identified a 'major leak' but still just reset the light without urgency. The next day, my car threw multiple critical system errors. They failed to diagnose the real issue until it potentially caused more damage.
