This is the letter sent to them along with a claim form. After many calls to Alex about missing items I have yet to have any contact regarding that claim form. Use these guys at your own risk. October 16, 2024 To whom it may concern: We contracted with Direct Moving in August for a household move from Myrtle Beach SC to upstate NY. Alex has handled all correspondence and contacts.
