A very professional company! Would use them again and can highly recommend this team. Was very impressed with their care in moving heavy shop equipment as well as delicate furniture. They’ve worked quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Truly dedicated to getting the job done well. They even arranged the furniture and shop at the new location, cleaned up after themselves and we couldn’t be happier with the price.

This company deserves zero stars! Worst move of my life because of them. Started with a bogus low ball quote obtained through zoom. Movers arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes late. After helping them for 6 hours, I was presented with papers to sign my life away, small fine print, $3000 more than the quote!! My items arrived damaged. Boxes were obviously thrown into the truck. Direct moving group, llc did an outstanding job with my move. Alex, the owner, is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He ensured I felt comfortable with a very sentimental china cabinet that belonged to my mom and several high end marble tables. The movers specially wrapped several items and everything arrived in excellent condition. Axel, the head mover was very kind and handled all items with care when he brought them into my home. Absolute terrible moving experience with this company. First they lost inventory for my business and valuable personal items that cannot be replaced. Just gone. They pulled the typical mover's scam quoting a price (while refusing to see the property beforehand) and then quoting more than double the price the day of the move after seeing the property. Absolutely recommend this Direct Moving Group! Alex is very helpful, courteous, and responsive. This company has been by far the best I have used! Ask for Cesar - he and his team took excellent care of my belongings during both pick up and drop off, and they were incredibly professional. They delivered my things in just a couple days and went above and beyond in every way! Moving is stressful but this company really helped ease this transition for me.
