I am absolutely horrified by the service I received at Direct Motors, specifically from Jimmy. First of all, I was refused a receipt for work I paid for and only received one after I threatened to take legal action. No customer should ever have to fight just to get basic proof of payment. Honestly couldn’t be happier! Jimmy was very professional and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. The service was so quick and the repair was impeccable. Im truly so glad I have found them and they will be my go to for future.
