I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Direct Mechanical has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After replacing the AC unit in my commercial warehouse, their technicians left old AC parts and debris from the job outside of my dumpster instead of taking the extra minute to place everything inside the actual dumpster.
