Very professional and fair fees.
Lying thieving piece of garbage. They STOLE our machine. Had our washer for a while, called numerous time for status, hung up on. Then brought back loaner and was informed they threw out our washer. Owner(?) was hostile

RecommendedWhen we first moved to Columbia (Dec. 2005) we utilized Direct Maytag to service our washer & dryer, and other large appliances. They were always professional and proficient. We purchased a Maytag washer from them that has performed well for years. They have been out to service the washer a few times due to common front loader issues. We have always been pleased with their service.
These guys are the best servicemen in town. Always helpful and friendly. I won't call anyone else when I need appliance repair.
They helped me troubleshoot and broken dryer and had parts in stock.
