Untrustworthy..
These guys are complete crooks and incompetent. They took advantage of my elderly parents who run a small laundromat and charged them over $8,000 for repair service that didn't work and made the machines worse. I have never seen such blatant crooked behavior in over 25 years of working in the city. Stay away for your own good.
