We worked with Randy at Direct Lenders to purchase our first home. We came with a lot of questions and Randy met us with a lot of patience. He explained everything thoroughly and was so kind and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a great experience and the entire process went as smoothly as it could have gone.
This is a very poor operation. It is impossible to get in touch with Kevin, Randy, or anybody at direct lenders. The only thing direct about direct lenders is they’re a direct waste of time.
Randy Bristol was beyond helpful and there for me when I made the purchase of my first home. His team moves very swiftly with quick responses and a smooth-flowing closing process.
