This is a very poor operation. It is impossible to get in touch with Kevin, Randy, or anybody at direct lenders. The only thing direct about direct lenders is they’re a direct waste of time.
Randy Bristol was beyond helpful and there for me when I made the purchase of my first home. His team moves very swiftly with quick responses and a smooth-flowing closing process.
Lloyd Fiedler of Direct Lenders LLC, just came as a blessing to us. He was suggested to us by one of our newly made friend and I can say from my experience, Lloyd is knowledgeable, very professional, efficient, very very prompt in replying, very helpful all in all he is just a blessing if you are looking for a mortgage guy.
