I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. UPDATE - Shortly after, the company did re-send my father a check including the $20 that the bank charged for insufficient funds. I honestly forgot to come back and give an update since work has been crazy busy (COVID), I do apologize for not updating sooner. My father received bank notice that his paycheck bounced due to insufficient funds an was charged $20. How can his check bounce if this is to be a legit company? And now the website states temporarily closed?!! And they are supposedly credited by the BBB? Highly doubtful. Will be going in to speak to them regarding this matter, I'm tired of us being taken advantage of. I'm hopeful that website is wrong and or that the Hillsboro office is open.
