I had trouble paying for one document. Something was wrong with the software. The very nice receptionist, Julie, got the IT department to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this company took two payments from me for one document and are now refusing to refund one of the payments. Please be very careful when dealing with this company As a follow up to your response. You took two payments from my credit card and produced ONE document. RETURN THE EXTRA PAYMENT YOU ILLEGALLY TOOK FROM MY CREDIT CARD

I've been using DirectInfo for title searching for my law practice for years now. I highly commend DirectInfo. Prices are the best by far. Web site is easy to use. I suggest you stay away from the big foreign-owned info broker companies that charge way more for the same product. And we don't want our hard-earned money going overseas into the hands of foreigners when we have a perfectly great Australian-owned company like DirectInfo.
