First visit was fine, had some scans, after that it went down hill; never did see the scans. I’m typically very patient but after weeks of no calls from the MA to schedule a follow-up, I began to get frustrated. Finally, after calling several times, I managed to schedule for another appointment to get a steroid shot in my lower back, which had no effect. No one answers the phone and I’ve been calling for almost every week for months now. I’ve even go inside to talk about billing and they told me to call billing directly but they won’t even answer my callls or even call back when I do leave a voicemail. I’ve been trying my to pay this bill but now I’m starting to thinking it’s collecting interest and will go to collections when I’m doing the best that I can do to figure this out. Very upset and frustrated

This place does not forward imaging results to your doctor. Over a month waiting, what they don't realize is that I can't get treatment or Even my doctors appointment until my results are sent. I walked in and they said they just sent it, but guess what, I'm back for a second time requesting them

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I had waited 6 months to get seen, and the Friday before my Monday appointment, I was called and said they had a scheduled change and would not be seen. They wanted to reschedule for another month out. Told the receptionist to not even bother and will not spend my money seeing them.
