I went to Direct Imagining with a written order from my doctor at the time specified. The receptionist at Direct Imaging flatly told me I had no appointment. I showed her the document with the exact time and date, she refused to acknowledge it and told me I had no appointment that day and that I was scheduled for the next working day and there was nothing she could do about it.
