Zach got me scheduled quickly and Ryan was fantastic on site - he did a great job diagnosing/ finding the leak in my mini split and getting things patched up and the unit recharged and performing like new. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Direct again for any future HVAC needs I have.
Bill was so nice, answers all our questions… didn’t pressure us to sign that day. All the workers are very professional answered any questions we had. Price was very reasonable
