The sales team was great but that’s where the positive ends. Took several months before installation crew came and when they did the siding had not arrived. When the siding was finally installed my home looked great until the first big wind storm. The top row of panel blew off west side of my house. We were given a quote for siding replacement after some wind damage on 5/18/21 and put down a required deposit of $800.00. We have never received the work after numerous attempts to contact the company through emails and by the telephone (voice messages were full and could not even leave a message). We have additional wind damage after not getting the work done. We have made several calls to the bidding agents also all to no resolution of the problem. I should have known I would be losing somewhere for the pricing on the windows This company is non-responsive and exceptionally slow at resolving issues. Now they have began "collecting bills" according to Andrew a representative of DHO and moving in house payment plans out of house and aren't even handling it properly but expect you to pay in full or get financed by their deadline. The roof turned out ok. but only after 5 months. They left the roof open uncovered and un tarped for 2 weeks during fourth of july holiday time. the installer cussed me out. The installer slept in my back yard. then took off for a week and got arrested. They sent two people to complete my job. I had to pay someone else to clean up my yard though they took it off the total . The sales people were great. We paid a $9,000 down payment at the beginning of the summer for siding. I have made many attempts to contact someone from DHO by phone, email, and even left a note at their business asking them to touch base with me. A gentleman who has an office that connects to DHO's office knew I was concerned when I left a note on their office door.
