I cannot say enough great things about the service Brian provided for me during two different mortgage experiences...mortgage and refinancing! He was patient, flexible with scheduling and explained everything step along the way! The level of education about mortgages and the process that he provided was huge and made me feel comfortable! Brain has been nothing short of awesome! As a first time home buyer the idea of a mortgage is terrifying but Brian was extremely patient and listened/addressed our concerns and needs. At no point did we feel like he was just trying to get a paycheck, he was completely transparent about the entire process. He's a family man and understands crazy schedules (I work a 8-5 work week job and he was willing to meet over the weekend!). Bonus, he worked really well with our real estate agent! Definitely recommend :)
