I feel it is important to point out that after speaking with several loan officers from many different lenders, Brian Sardarizadeh was the only one whose information consistently checked out. He was no nonsense, told it like it is, and did not try to overhype anything. In the end, we received the best deal, and he genuinely did his best to save us money. A shout out as well to Liz, Carolina, and Jesse. Everyone was professional, quick to respond and very easy to work with.

I had the Best Loan Officer ever, yes you know Jesse Rivera. Jesse was with me all the way, even when I had questions that he probably already answered he still answered me again with no problem. I remember it was a Sunday I called Jesse guess what he answered my call and answered the question I had me not realizing that he does get an off day!!!!! Jesse never turned me away. It is hard to believe that in this market there is a company that does exactly what they say. I had the pleasure to work with Jason and Veronica at DHL. They were extremely responsive every time I called them and they always were there every step of the way to make sure that we stayed on track. I have, with my family, have done a lot of refinances over time, but this was by far the easiest and most seemless to accomplish. I really appreciated the Direct Home Lending team. Erica and Taylor were amazing during the entire process. They took time to walk me through uploading the documents on the links provided. Connecting with me quickly when documents needed to be revised or updated. I appreciated their attention detail and professionalism in keeping me on track with getting everything completed in a timely but also patient manner. I would absolutely love to work with either one of them again in the future.
