It is hard to believe that in this market there is a company that does exactly what they say. I had the pleasure to work with Jason and Veronica at DHL. One of the best lending experiences I have had. The process was very straight forward forward. The turn around was quick. Our loan officer, Jason and team was very responsive and always returned my calls. I will continue to use their services each time I need them.
I had a very complicated situation with my condo which caused several other mortgage companies to give up on me, or offer extremely high rates. But Phillip at Direct Home Lending really stuck it out and got me a great package just as interest rates were starting to rise. I have to take off one star due to some communication breakdown towards the end, but I don't want to take away from Phillip's hard work and persistence. Where so may others failed, this lender came through.
