As the service user, I wish I'd have had the experience some of these reviews suggest. Which would suggest they are possibly fake. Based on 4 months of care, this company is a Shambles ! I didn't even have a care plan! I had been left without any care on short notice frequently. This company doesn't have trained carers let alone the specialised carers that they advertise. Id be concerned if my loved one used this company. Avoid at all costs.👎
This company has failed to provide the personalised and compassionate care it promised. Over four months, repeated shortcomings placed unnecessary strain on my daughter and our family. Rather than taking responsibility, they attempted to shift the blame onto us—an entirely unacceptable and distressing response.
