Furnace stopped working and called Direct Heating and Cooling. Darryl and Brandon came out within 3 hours, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in no time. Excellent service and courteous repair people. Truly recommend this company. July, 2026 A/C stopped working on the hottest day of the year! Tracey squeezed me in and Darrell got me up and running in just a few hours. Excellent service. Thank you
It seems whenever you need your furnace or your air conditioner it's gonna be in the busy season. Darrel and Tracey squeezed in the diagnosis and replaced my AC with the next earliest appointment. Darrell and his team did an amazing job at a fantastic price. They went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was done better than the way it was before. I went through the MB Hydro program and Tracey made the paperwork a breeze. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company. Both Darrell & Tracy are amazing! Very quick to respond,got back to me within minutes of my phone call. Darrell came out the next day and fixed the issue with my central Air conditioner. Very reasonable rates as well as accommodating to my work schedule. With the hot weather this week other companies said the earliest they could come out wasn't until the second week of June.
The man that can!! Called after hours and was sorted before lunch time! Amazing service very friendly and helpful, highly recommend
