It seems whenever you need your furnace or your air conditioner it's gonna be in the busy season. Darrel and Tracey squeezed in the diagnosis and replaced my AC with the next earliest appointment. Darrell and his team did an amazing job at a fantastic price. They went above and beyond for me and made sure everything was done better than the way it was before. I went through the MB Hydro program and Tracey made the paperwork a breeze. I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend this company. Both Darrell & Tracy are amazing! Very quick to respond,got back to me within minutes of my phone call. Darrell came out the next day and fixed the issue with my central Air conditioner. Very reasonable rates as well as accommodating to my work schedule. With the hot weather this week other companies said the earliest they could come out wasn't until the second week of June.

This review is long overdue. Darrell and his team at Direct are phenomenal!!! In 2023 they replaced our water heater the same day it went down. The job was done quickly and efficiently and everything was explained to the wife. Today Darrell came out to service my furnace and did it with great efficiency.
