Excellent service when i was feeling really unwell a long way from home (United Kingdom).
We have used their service for the past 2 years. Great convenience.
I found the service offered by direct health was excellent. My doctor was not only knowledgeable but caring, friendly, and very professional. I did not feel uncomfortable or that my concerns were dismissed at any one time. Also, you pay for an hour and you actually get an hour with the doctor's time; allowing you to ask questions regarding any concerns you have. I would definitely recommend them.
Jenna was kind, patient and thorough. She listened very well and was able to give guidance and suggestions, recommendations and do the blood tests. I’m impressed! Shyla is amazing nurse prwctioner. A godsend. The whole team is kind and skilled. They know how to what they are doing.
