I love what they do professionally they are fast, nice and good at they do also shout out to jin really nice person.
I had a great experience working with Jin on a few exterior repairs to my home. He was responsive, professional, and clear in his communication from start to finish. He first provided a fair quote to fix the bowed porch soffit panels that had been damaged by wind, and the work was done efficiently and with attention to detail. With the crazy snow and ice from this winter of jan 26, some of the ice from the roof fell and knocked out a siding and related components. Had no clue who to even contact. Fortunately I found Direct Gutter who came the day of to patch up the bald spot with the damaged pieces and then came back within 2 business days to replace all damaged parts with new parts. Amazing service and quick turnaround, and clean job. And pricing was eminently reasonable. Would recommend and come back for more services!
