HORRIBLE service. So unprofessional. I work in an office and deal with insurance companies day in and day out and loathe having to contact this company because they will send you in loops and are incredibly rude. They will do anything to get out of paying for their insured customers, just incredibly rude.

In Texas, I received a quote over the phone. I went to pay it at a branch office.Lo and behold, talk about "Bait and Switch"!!!The pices all went up considerably and they even an extra \$25.00 fee paying in person.I filed a complaint against them with State Office of the Attorney General.Let the "Generals" have at it.

Their customer service is horrible. I spoke with Aaron and he was condescending, arrogant and general lacking in customer relations. His attitude was very unprofessional. Perhaps he feels that he can be nasty to people because he is talking to them over the phone as opposed to speaking face to face. There is no reason to treat people in this manner. I do not have insurance with this company nor will I ever. I WILL bad mouth them every chance I get. They are certainly not reputable like Nationwide or the other leading compani... read more
