Insurance companies are just a ripoff who steal from me in you they use any kind of ripoff tactic they can to take your money and then deny you services or they charge you higher rates just because you stubbed your toe when use driving your car it's all a big scam And the sad part is they have the laws back in them up
Got rear ended by someone using this insurance and have had NOTHING but problems. Have went a week without a rental and calling the company does nothing because all you get is rude operators who tell you and I quote, “it is not my problem.” Worst service I’ve ever had and not to mention, the adjuster has taken all week to call me and set me up with a rental. So I am a stranded student during finals week. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING.
...ask questions that didn't matter.. couldn't give me a quote cause I wouldn't give them my 78 yr old mothers name and date of birth that cant drive and is in last stages of COPD and doesn't even have a license..and if i could not give a star and still post they wouldn't have gotten this one.
