So slow to deliver!! Never on schedule. Multiple items over the last few months are always late and not by a few days I’m talking weeks.
What a shambles, never trust this courier, they told you that it will be delivered directly to your address but 👎, then my parcel went missing still no latest update from them ,worth over 400 dollars item , never again ,DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
A box was damaged so they binned it apparently. They didn’t tell the supplier or me. So I chased it up myself found the remainder of the freight and collected it at a 3rd party contractor. Apparently they don’t deliver unless all items are there! Got an email on the 20th from the investigation team telling me it’s being investigated and I’ll be updated still waiting for an update 6 days later. Absolute rubbish service if you can avoid using them do so.
Depo manager Ray is an absolute legend! The team in the call centre at direct frieght who helped too, were amazing! We are so very greatly for their prompt delivery, reassurance and follow up… not to mention how much effort Ray put in to making sure our parts got delivered in an urgent situation. We are very greatful. Thankyou
