absolute garbage. I ordered 2 parcels, one was delivered successfully. Second they had an excuse saying the restaurant no longer exists. I specifically told the freight to put my number in to call me if they had problems with the second delivery. Now the second delivery went back to the sender. I called them up and the lady on the phone said mo Garruntee they will call. How stupid are you guys lol. Train your workers to be a bit smarter or pay them more so they care a bit more. You guys won't even try. Useless

Couldn't deliver because nobody was home, which there was, rang customer service and couldn't hear Lady on other end and merely said "sorry I can't hear you" and got hung up on, rang back up and told next lady what happened and completely ignored what I said and didn't care and just kept asking for my consignment number, no swearing no frustration and met with rudeness.
