Terrible service couldn't notify me on failed delivery or couldn't call me to pick it up from the warehouse very poor communication wouldn't recommend this service
they dont tell you parcel is ready to collect , have to chase all around looking for it , totally useless
Terrible service. Had an item meant to be delivered to a small town address. It was delivered to the closest town to some random business. Tracking didn't even lead to that location, it lead to a town 40 minutes away and nothing further. The delivery person signed for it themselves making it appear that it was delivered to the correct address.They crossed out my address on the delivery form and just changed it to the business that they dumped it. I'm not even sure how the company that sent the item was able to find out this ... read more
