Only been using them for 2 months.... wont use them again... first bad experience was busted and broken boxes after I watched driver throwing boxes.. Second was their driver speeding dangerously . Third was freight apparently not loaded and left behind at depot and not prepared to help with delivery . Apparently depot managers don't answer phones. 1300 customer call centre is hopeless and completely unable or unwilling to help. Thanks for nothing

NO COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SERVICE ITSELF BUT THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS JUST LAZY. ITEMS WERE DELIVERED QUICKLY, ON TIME AND I WAS NOTIFIED WHEN THEY WERE DUE TO ARRIVE BY EMAIL. BUT......I HAD SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THEM TO BE LEFT ON THE LONG BENCH UNDER OUR HOUSE, AS THEY WERE BOTH RATHER HEAVY AND OUR DRIVE WAY IS ABOUT 90 METRES LONG. DRIVER JUST DUMPED BOTH PACKAGES AT OUR FRONT GATE AND DROVE AWAY. MY 80 YEAR OLD HUSBAND HAD TO LUG THEM UP THE DRIVEWAY. REALLY!! ALL THE DRIVER HAD TO DO WAS OPEN THE FRONT GATE AND DRIVE UP.... read more
Had some blinds delivered and some of the boxes were damaged. I rang Direct Freight and the lady on the other end was very polite and advised me what to do if there was any damage. Very helpful!
