Absolutely. Useless. Waited all day for a parcel to be delivered. Then was delivered to the wrong address. And also signed by somebody else, absolutely incompetent business to deal with on the same useless path as Aramax !!!!!

Company gives an arrival date for delivery of goods. I planned jobs around it expecting them to show. When they didn’t I called the office only to be told The delivery wasn’t even in my state yet. Useless company.

Item arrived in town 3 days ago still havent seen it. Contacted them twice for reasons why, fairly lame response.

Had a parcel delivered today by Direct Freight here at Bundaberg , one day earlirr than expected which was great service , the parcel was left under cover on the porch .I wish all couriers took the time to ensure the parcels are left undrr cover.Well done.

Unfortunately the rating requires a minimum of one star. Was waiting for over 2 hours on hold on their 'customer centre', gave up, tried the next day, on hold for over an hour. I ordered a package (probably the size of a football) to be sent from Brisbane to Bundaberg on 3/12, on 4/12 it was noted as being in their system, then nothing, on 10/12 i get an update that the package was sent to Perth. Have submitted a return request to the merchant, avoid this freight company at all costs.
