My parcel has been in the depot for more than 6 days and don't move! Last week it was on-board for delivery and the driver returned it to the depot and still there since then.

I have to agree with what was written earlier about the girl/woman Direct freight use to answer phone calls In Brisbane because in my opinion she is definitely a passive aggressive person. And, not very nice to speak with. When you ask why your shipment is sitting in the depot she doesn't know & then she tries to put the onus onto you. i orded live plants and was worried as no one would be home to collect, i called and they let me know there was an authority to leave already in place and asked where the best place is to put the package so they could advise the driver.
