i orded live plants and was worried as no one would be home to collect, i called and they let me know there was an authority to leave already in place and asked where the best place is to put the package so they could advise the driver.

Drivers attempted 3 deliveries without phone calls, SMS reminder or paper notes. When parcel finially arrived, the package was at its worst condition. This is one of the most incompetent couriers on earth.

Delivered our package to the complete wrong address, from which it was subsequently stolen. Their useless driver somehow mixed up the street name with the suburb. Literally what is the point of a freight company that can’t even read addresses correctly. USELESS!!!! This has been reported to the Queensland Police Service

Lost all day on waiting for delivery Left work earlier, postponed all appointments and they did not showed up Called few times for updates but they passive aggressive call centre lady did not care at all Seems they not worth to deal with Hope that someone more professional will replace this company soon
