Absolute garbage. They dont tell you what they are delivering. They don't tell you where they delivered it. You can't respond to the phone number. If you want your parcel to go missing, use these chumps.
Driver came in without the parcel!!!! Shit service!!!!!
“We’ll leave your parcel at the right place at the right time” “We ensure your parcel in carefully tracked every step of the way” You’ll be on hold for over an hour listening to the same lies of their voicemail message over and over and over again. Be prepared to have your delivery delivered at the wrong place at the wrong time and better yet they will onforward to a different company to deliver. Then lose all information leaving your parcels lost in the void. Try to avoid this company all together if you can.
BEWARE if you order any product which uses DFE to deliver. If you receive goods that are "hand unloaded" on a Pallet, DFE should take the Pallet. But if a pallet jack IS used, they will DUMP the pallet at your address. I was left with a 4x4ft plastic pallet on my residential property, which doesn't fit into my SUV and would cost $$ to dispose of at a council recycling/waste disposal centre - if I could even get it there.
