Had 2 boxes coming from a few suburbs away. 1 was left in front of my door in full view of the public even though I requested it to be left in the carport. This meant I had to leave work at lunch time to move my parcel inside as it was quite valuable. The other box was sent to Perth somehow. Will update when second box arrives.
Left almost 90kg worth of packages outside my building with no contact to let me know it was there or even to help me bring it up to my apartment. I was left to haul it up myself, not everyone owns a trolly to transport such heavy items

THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER! Direct Freight Express left my item outside of my house without any contact and I realized my item has been stolen after 21 days once I have contacted the seller. So, the seller sent me another item, I left a note on my front door - DO NOT LEAVE MY ITEM OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE However Direct Freight Express delivery man took my note from my front door and totally ignored my consignment for the item and left my item outside of my house again!!!
