BEWARE if you order any product which uses DFE to deliver. If you receive goods that are "hand unloaded" on a Pallet, DFE should take the Pallet. But if a pallet jack IS used, they will DUMP the pallet at your address. Had problems with them for multiple orders and its always the same deal. Never manages to provide accurate date of delivery estimates with my items sitting at the depot for multiple days with a particular example over 3 days after the delivery estimate. They're just unreliable and slow with a lack of updates/information on what's actually happening on there end
shocking company - they sent out an email telling me date of delivery (no time of the day) took a day off work as a self-employed person - delivery never came - chased up customer support - they didnt even have the item at their warehouse for delivery but told me the delivery date was the next day - then when I explained their software and computer systems are wrong they refused to accept responsiblity for their error - told me I had to keep ringing them to check when it was in the warehouse and that no-one from the company ... read more
