Outstanding Service from Raghwinder I would like to recognize Raghwinder for his consistently excellent service. He always goes above and beyond to ensure our deliveries are successful. Since our warehouse is not open every day, Raghwinder takes the initiative to call me before loading the shipment to confirm that delivery can be accepted. Absolutely useless, .my parcel was meant to be here 3 days ago. I rang the company to be told all the drivers had gastro and it would be here the day after i rang them....it was not! Everytime i have parcels shipped through them, i wait weeks to see it and everytime i call them i get excuses. If you have a choice then DONT use this company
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I received the consignment confirmation on the day of delivery 10:13AM. I took a day off work to have my order delivered. I requested the item be left at my home while I took my dogs for a walk. Apparently the drivers don't receive this until 24 hours later. Tracking a timeframe of delivery was non existent. I then called through to customer support where I was spoken down to transferred to 3 different people. Finally referred to the customer service manager. Who I believe her name was... read more
