Twice now my parcel has been damaged through this company...cant even get through to customer service and they claim to be the best delivery service
Excellent service. Delivery received intact and placed in appropriate location. Timely
a plane crashed into my house.
Twice our shipments have been late for special events. One shipment took 3 days to move between depots every day told it was on truck to Dandenong. The other shipment told driver was in next suburb waited 1.5 hours driver never showed with our consignment on board only to be told they could not contact driver.
