After purchasing a pair of motorcycle pants that didn't fit properly, I opted to return them. After dropping the package in the mail, I realized I left my motorcycle key in them. This location was the destination of my package (according to the label I was given to return the pants). I immediately contacted the company I was returning them to, and they could only tell me to let them know when the package was delivered to New Jersey. The appointment scheduled for 7:00. At 7.00 there was no one in the office or warehouse. from 4 doors, choose either 11 or 12. The staff showed up at 8.00. They unloaded very slowly, even lazily. You can park overnight in front of the gate.

When the hotel could not find the cartons that were delivered on a Friday afternoon, I contacted DFX - on Saturday morning - and they sent a pic of the signed delivery receipt. The driver retrieved his paperwork from the truck to do it. They really went out of their way on a weekend to help resolve the problem.
