The appointment scheduled for 7:00. At 7.00 there was no one in the office or warehouse. from 4 doors, choose either 11 or 12. The staff showed up at 8.00. They unloaded very slowly, even lazily. You can park overnight in front of the gate.
When the hotel could not find the cartons that were delivered on a Friday afternoon, I contacted DFX - on Saturday morning - and they sent a pic of the signed delivery receipt. The driver retrieved his paperwork from the truck to do it. They really went out of their way on a weekend to help resolve the problem.
