Held my package for 6 days at Dubbo. No contact. Unfortunately travelling I had pre-booked accommodation and had to leave on the day it was due. It did not show up on the 25th. And I was advised it would arrive on the 26th. So it is my problem. Anyway. 26th today. My package is still in Dubbo as allegedly the transport provider only opens a couple of days a week. Yet don't advise of this. Poor company. Poor service. Poor communication. And seemingly, unfortunately, uncaring employees.

Direct Freight Mildura absolutely the rudest an laziest people work at this depot you pay for delivery then have to travel to pick your goods left at another business the second part of my order was dropped over the gate this is what they tell there own customer service people. ** The agent has advised this has arrived this morning. Agent is not going that way today. If she needs it we are here from 7.30 to 10.30 for pick ups. Or she knows the alternatives.
