Aaron in the Darwin depot is the epitome of excellence in customer service. He went way above and beyond to re-deliver our two packages today. Unfortunately we're currently 3hrs south of Darwin, with no way to pick up ourselves. A mate was to pick up on our behalf, again Aaron was going to facilitate pick up on a public holiday from the Darwin yard for us. But mate had to cancel his trip.
