Never received my parcel. This freight company advised I signed for a delivery when I wasn't even at home. Asked for copy of my so called signature and they refused. Told me to speak to the company I bought items from instead. Its apparent this parcel was delivered to wrong address and they covering their asses
We paid extra to get our package delivered to our door as we live in the hills. We were told it would arrive on Monday, no delivery. We rang them, it will be delivered Tuesday, they even googled our house and we gave them specific instructions on where to leave the package and our permission to leave it if no one was home. Still no delivery. We rang, they said the roads were too unsafe!!! We have numerous big trucks in our area, so completely untrue. Then they said our driveway was not big enough, again untrue.
