Delivery a day late and cost me a days pay, when delivered no knock at the door just drop and run. Instruction were if no one home leave at the door. I wouldn't recommend direct freight, if I didn't ring about my missed delivery yesterday I dont know how many days I would have been waiting. Had bad service from this company more than once, I think as they already been paid for the delivery the delivery drivers don't care about the customers.

Good service. Some Parcel wrapping missing slight damage will repair myself otherwise it would have been 5 star's.

The delivery Man deserves 5 stars for being a champion and helping me with my order, but the customer service team deserves a 1 star for being rude.

The person who delivered my package did not notify me by either knocking or phoning me (my contact details would have been in their system). My expensive order was sitting outside for 5 days!!! Thankfully the person who delivered it had some common sense to leave it somewhere away from the weather. Overall, I am very disappointed in the delivery experience.
