Terrible service. I have seen Direct Freight Express deliver across the road from me in a rural area. Yet. Each time they handover my parcels to Road Runner in NW Tasmania who do not deliver to this area, so I have to drive 40min into the depot to pick it up. Stop handballing parcels to Road Runner. Then when I call they tell me they don't have my number even after they have called me previously. Put me on hold for ages. Phone cuts out. No return call. Absolutely useless.
Very slow for an 'Express' freight service, They will not deliver to my address so they forward it on to another company that also doesn't deliver to my address, they didn't think to check? Would not recommend.
If u dont have an account with them dont bother to even call.
Was going to use them to send freight ,thought better off it not to send after reading past customers
