Damian was quick to respond to our needs. As a cafe owner I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to operate over the weekend due to a canopy exhaust motor issue. After examining and with a trying to fix first approach, it was ultimately determined a new motor needed to be installed. On a Friday afternoon, Damian travelled to Brisbane, picked up required replacement motor and installed first thing Saturday morning. Saved us losing important weekend revenue, and all at a good price!! Thank you team
