I have been with this clinic for almost 4 years now, they have always taken care of me and have helped solve so many problems. I truly love this team and highly recommend them. I am so grateful that we found Dr. Lentz and Direct Family Care of NoCo in 2024. She has set me on a path that will change both the quality and quantity of my life! She has provided me with the benefit of her knowledge and skill, tools, attention, and encouragement which have had an effect that traditional-insurance PCP medicine was never able to.
It seems that this place is going downhill. Everyone I know who has went here is saying the same thing, the doctor tries to rope you into a contract and provides little care, and the receptionists are rude and unorganized. Definitely be aware, this used to be a good place but things are changing. I’d continue searching when looking for a quality doctor.
I have never in my life received better care than here, for several reasons. First, Dr. Lentz is amazing, a top-notch caring human who knows what she’s doing, gives you more than ample time to be seen, and reverts to meds only when necessary. Also, I have absolutely loved the fact that I can securely message her with concerns, which have not only saved me unnecessary trips but also has encouraged me to be proactive in my own heath by addressing concerns before they become bigger issues.
