Todd Lentz went above and beyond to help diagnose the medical issues I've had for 20+ years. Although they were not able to treat my specific issue they were honest about it still gave me advice on how to deal with the specialist. This is an office you can trust!
I have been with this clinic for almost 4 years now, they have always taken care of me and have helped solve so many problems. I truly love this team and highly recommend them. I am so grateful that we found Dr. Lentz and Direct Family Care of NoCo in 2024. She has set me on a path that will change both the quality and quantity of my life! She has provided me with the benefit of her knowledge and skill, tools, attention, and encouragement which have had an effect that traditional-insurance PCP medicine was never able to.
It seems that this place is going downhill. Everyone I know who has went here is saying the same thing, the doctor tries to rope you into a contract and provides little care, and the receptionists are rude and unorganized. Definitely be aware, this used to be a good place but things are changing. I’d continue searching when looking for a quality doctor.
