Dr. Lentz and her team are considerate, compassionate, and very supportive of their patients interests and needs. I used to trust this practice because of Dr. Magruder. She was the only provider there who made me feel genuinely cared for as both a person and a patient. After she was gone, the practice lost the heart of what made it worth going to. My experience afterward was extremely disappointing. Their weight-loss program felt unserious, ineffective, and disconnected from real patient needs. The medication I was on was what helped me lose weight, not the program. Todd Lentz went above and beyond to help diagnose the medical issues I've had for 20+ years. Although they were not able to treat my specific issue they were honest about it still gave me advice on how to deal with the specialist. This is an office you can trust!
