Outstanding Customer Service Just moved to San Francisco a few months ago and needed to furnish my new place. A friend recommended to me Factory Furniture for discounted furniture sale. Their prices were really reasonable and offering huge discounts, the customer service was quite good.
Affordable prices and huge collections I wouldn't say that this place is the best to get everything under the sun for your place but Direct Factory Furniture really makes it feel like the place to go for your home furniture shopping needs. So if you want to find a place where you can easily shop for affordable priced furniture you can find their Crazy furniture sale.
Fun shopping I had THE best experience when buying my daughter's bedroom set. They didnt have what my daughter wanted on the floor, so they took their time to let her browse through the catalog while keeping her occupied with candy and balloons. The old salesman who helped us was very nice and we finally picked out something that she LOVED!.
Helpful I searched everywhere for a specific dining table that I saw when I was on a business trip in New York, but couldnt find in the bay area...until I came here. Well they didnt have it on their floor, but they worked hard and spent nearly 45 minutes looking for it in one of their catalogs until they found it based on my description. Very patient, probably cause I came on a weekday, I heard it gets very busy at this store during weekends. Anyhow, 4 weeks later, they got it delivered special order just for me.
Yay for furniture Be prepared to be WOWed by great service. The salesman Jon who helped me was very patient and took his time to explain everything to me about different kinds a leather. A true expert. He let me look around without bothering me and I found what I wanted. Delivery came quick as he had promised

The best furniture experience I had ordered a $900 dining table from the store and they delivered it very promptly. I'd say 1-2 days. Everything looked fine upon delivery However, 2 days later, I found a small scratch on the leg of the table and contacted the store about it. I didnt know if I had caused it, or it was a defect and given that I had already signed off saying that I had recieved it in perfect condition, they could have denied fixing it for me. I'm a returning customer!! I'm a returning customer to this furniture store. Their products are good and their prices are even better. They carry everything that the Ashley Home Store carries, but their service is a million times better than the Ashley Home Store. its even better prices than Costco.
Great Furniture Store in Santa Clara I recently bought a sofa set from this store. The service was exceptional and the prices were far below other stores in the area (believe me I was shopping for a while)...and everything was priced much less than Levitz. They have a lot of selection on their showroom floor and the salesman presented a few catalogs of furniture for me to look at.
