I gave 2 stars for easy booking and ease to reach customer service. I’m sure their service is great when things work out. HOWEVER, due to timing issues, I had to cancel my car transportation with this company. The guy who assisted with my cancelation was extremely RUDE. In his own words “good luck with that” and never said thanks at the end of our conversation. I know this is 1 review out of the hundreds that are posted, but at least it’ll forewarn someone who gets into the same situation with this company.
I contracted Direct Express Auto Transport to pick up a vehicle I purchased at auction in Portland, for delivery to Michigan. This was the only transport company I found where on their website I could select the actual vehicle I was transporting in a non-running condition. Their quoted price was the actual price I paid. No add on's. Ashley in customer service was fantastic, and lined up a driver within 24 hours. Vehicle was picked up that same day, and was delivered with no issues 3 days later. Great company!!!
Everything went fantastic, even when one carrier canceled they found me another one the same day. Car got to me in perfect condition on time.
