I have gone to this location to renew my tags several times. It is not only convenient, I always get great customer service. I had to stop in yesterday 1/9/17 to turn in someone's tags that moved to another state & had to ask about how to transfer our vehicle as a gift to a relative & the lady that was working there was so helpful & kind. She has been working there for a long while now. She made my visit very easy & I walked out with a smile!
I have given a rating of one star because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee at the window. I walked in and no other customers were in the waiting area. I was not acknowledged, which is fine, but once I walked up to the desk, the lady was talking to another employee, so I understood. Once she was done talking I asked a question about turning in tags.
