Person who answered the phone was really friendly and helpful. Had a couple questions that she helped answer. Didn't actually do any business here, but I would in the future due the the great customer service interaction!
I came here cuz my last experience with them was wonderful. This new lady? She has a major chip on her shoulder and she doesn't know MVA requirements. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I paid it no mind cuz we all have bad days. Not an excuse, just recognizing we all need grace given from time to time. My biggest problem is the attitude mixed with not knowing MVA rules, which resulted in her over charging me for new tags I did not need. Fast and easy. Lady helping me kept rolling her eyes at me and was very rude, like I was interrupting something (no one was in there). Glad i was able to get what I needed and leave.
