I came here cuz my last experience with them was wonderful. This new lady? She has a major chip on her shoulder and she doesn't know MVA requirements. She had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I paid it no mind cuz we all have bad days. Not an excuse, just recognizing we all need grace given from time to time. My biggest problem is the attitude mixed with not knowing MVA rules, which resulted in her over charging me for new tags I did not need.
