Terrible attitude! Zero customer service skills! Lady there is more worried about her dog than she is working. Do yourself a favor and go to faststop title and tag service or go directly to MVA. The worst experience at MVA will still be better than dealing with this place.
The doors are locked. I tried calling first and got a message that the voice mailbox is full and it hangs up! Hours posted on the web and the door both say they should be open. How hard is it to set a message saying you are closed?
