I PURCHASED AN ARRAY OF SOLAR PANELS FOR MY HOME ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO. THEY CAME WITH A 20 YEAR GUARANTEE , PARTS & LABOR. THE FIRST TIME I HAD A MAINTENANCE ISSUE, REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED QUICKLY WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. LAST DECEMBER, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH 3 INVERTERS NOT OPERATING. IT TOOK 3-4 PHONE CALLS OVER A PERIOD OF 4 MONTHS BUT THEY WERE FINALLY REPAIRED. I GUESS THE SOLAR MARKET HAS DRIED UP IN MY STATE (PA) AND IT WAS HARDER TO GET A REPAIR TEAM HERE.
