Astrum Solar (now Direct Energy) installed my solar system. I was very satisfied with the all the contact I had with Astrum/Direct Energy Solar. From the initial home evaluation, sales options, project leader home examination, and installation to the final system turn on, the entire process went very smooth. I am quite satisfied.
I'm thrilled with my solar panels - less than thrilled with the unintentional carelessness of the installers...Coley, my sales rep was fabulous. Most others I interacted with were very accommodating; however, some of their information was incorrect and I believe more training is necessary.
