Absolute scammers - I never signed up for this service and was informed by PSEG that they can find your account # by looking through the mail and switching your service themselves. Partial shame on me for not diligently reading my bills, but I was charged WAY more than necessary for over a year for way above market supply charges. Reporting to BBB.

If anyone from Direct Energy shows up at your door, CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY!!! They are specifically trained by Direct Energy and Direct Energy's 'vendors' to; illegally and fradulently claim to be from your local utility company, repeatedly lie about being there to follow up on notices sent, to completely ignore all 'No Soliciting' signs, and be *highly* aggressive. The only way to get them to actually leave your community is in the back of a police car. Make sure to say you want to press charges and have them arrested.
