Has done all the preparations the days before my procedure only to receive a text message that my appointment had been cancelled( disappointed but accepted due to the power outages that previous evening) BUT was advised I would be contacted to reschedule, this never happened . Their client service, care and considering is rubbish.
Staff were excellent at Direct Endoscopy - Hampton East on 15/07/2025 My only complaint was when I woke up from the anesthestic. I got up too soon and they should have Not let me get up so quickly to get dressed as I fell and landed on my bum. I was a bit sore! Thankfully I'm not that old. Anyone else might have not been so lucky! Apart from that, I was grateful to all the staff to have the procedure so quickly except to be out of pocket $300. Kind Regards Mark G. Ingles

Great staff, physicians and before-after care.
All the Nurses and doctors are amazing here . I felt at ease and comfortable from the moment I walked it. I highly recommend +++ Direct Endoscopy for anyone that needs to be checked out.
