I came to this quaint, friendly family own business yesterday and with what I thought was an unrealistic expectation to have a quilt embroidered and have it by Christmas they turned around in less than 24 hours later I have my quilt. The quilting is absolutely stunning and I would absolutely recommend the store over any other store in Sarasota.
Brought my vision for my sister in laws girls trip to Disney to life. Most comfy tees and loved how they turned out! Quick turn around. Amazing customer service.
Direct Embroidery has been incredible to work with since I opened my business. Always so friendly when I come in, willing to adjust things where I ask, my orders are always finished in a timely manner I'm a small business of one, but I'm never treated as a lesser client, even though they handle orders for big companies too. I love supporting other local businesses and Direct Embroidery is an incredible one! 10/10 recommend.
