I was driving down McIntyre Rd Modbury watching the driver of the van Licence plate Direct1 tailgating trying to push the car in front of him along, The driver of the van eventually went into left lane speeding all the way down McIntyre Rd then down Kings Rd he turned right onto Salisbury Hwy. This was around 12pm 13th February 2026. I hope he works as quick as he drives but just shows not responsibility and great carelessness.
Licence Plate no ‘Direct 1’. On Wed 4th Feb 2026 between 1100-1140 Driving dangerously through city outskirts and Port Road, speeding, tailgating and driving erratically - he almost hit a cyclist. Probably not a good look in a work vehicle with logos all over it. Hopefully his electrical work is better than his driving. Looks like its not the first time someone’s raised concerns as someone else wrote a review a year ago saying this company had a worker speed through their worksite. My Husband and I were driving down cross Road near Unley Road when we came across a Direct Electrical van. I immediately photographed it so I would have their phone number. I text them and was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the company. They have now been in and done the job required at the time they said they would be there. I am very happy with the job done and would recommend this company for any electrical work you need done. Big or small jobs, they are happy to assist.
