Wow, what a fantastic experience. Woke up Sunday morning and couldn't hear a thing in my right ear - not a nice feeling. My mum had a GP appointment in the morning and they recommended micro suction. We got in touch with Ibrahim who was able to come and do a home visit on the very same day. He was very patient with my mum, explained what he was going to do at the beginning and then again at each stage. Ensured she was comfortable, he observed my mums reactions and stopped accordingly to ensure she felt comfortable.
