I had no idea I had so much wax lodged in my ears. This has got to be one of the most satisfying things I've ever experienced. Ibrahim is very professional and knowledgeable. The process used to remove the wax was painless and I was seriously shocked at the amount of wax I had removed. I can even hear better as I found myself shouting all day after the appointment. Will be doing this every year from now on!!

Had a blocked ear for a week. Managed to get a same day ear wax removal with direct ear care. Saw ibrahim at the clinic and removed the ear wax using microsuction. I can now hear much better! I found direct ear care online. Ibrahim came to see my at home for ear wax removal. Which he removed the ear wax safely. Also a hearing test was done at home, as I have been struggling to hear for several years. He explained the results clearly and showed me all the hearing aid options. I went ahead with custom rechargeable hearing aids. They are very comfortable and I can hear the TV at a lower volume and conversation much clear. Highly recommend to anyone who needs ear wax removal or looking to get hearing aids
