I found direct ear care online. Ibrahim came to see my at home for ear wax removal. Which he removed the ear wax safely. Also a hearing test was done at home, as I have been struggling to hear for several years. He explained the results clearly and showed me all the hearing aid options. I went ahead with custom rechargeable hearing aids. They are very comfortable and I can hear the TV at a lower volume and conversation much clear. Highly recommend to anyone who needs ear wax removal or looking to get hearing aids
I got an appointment within 24 hours for wax removal. The audiolgist was friendly and very professional. Careful and meticulous. Showed me before and after photos. Explained everthing and answered all my questions. Offered free hearing test and made follow up appointment for a weeks time. No complaints. Just a shame this could not have been done on the NHS.
I have been struggling to hear for past couple of years. Went to ibrahim at the Manchester clinic for a full hearing test and identified a hearing loss in both ears. I was then given hearing aids to trail for 2 weeks which were very discreet and comfortable to wear. Most importantly it made a huge improvement in my hearing. Had a blocked ear for a week. Managed to get a same day ear wax removal with direct ear care. Saw ibrahim at the clinic and removed the ear wax using microsuction. I can now hear much better!
