Came to have ear wax removed. Removed using micro suction. Treatment was pain-free and very gentle. Audiologist been very helpful. Explained everything clearly. Also did hearing test, and explained the results. Highly recommend to anyone who needs ear wax removal.

I came to Direct Ear Care for a hearing test after struggling with my hearing for some time. I previously had NHS hearing aids but never really got on with them and hardly worn them. The audiologist carried a very thorough appointment, explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. I was offered a free hearing aid trial and noticed a big improvement straight away. This was my second visit to Direct Ear Care in Bamber Bridge. Once again the treatment I had to clear my ears was exemplary. A completely pain free process. This is by far the best clinic you can visit to have your ears unblocked. Thank you once again.
